Besides Lufthansa’s offer which we covered yesterday, other companies have released some really good discounts on intercontinental flights leaving from Norway.

Qatar airways has announced flights to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) for 5995 kroner and flights to Colombo (Sri Lanka) for just 5345 kroner. Besides that, they have other routes in the south of Asia (Thailand, India, Singapore, etc) for around 4000-6000 kroner. Moreover, they announced that they will be giving up to 25% discount on their flights (departing before the summer) during the next 3 days. However, it is not clear if the promotions are cumulative.

Besides that Austrian Airlines announced flights to Israel (Tel Aviv) for 2890 kroner and to other destinations around the middle east (Egypt, Dubai, Jordan and Iran) for between 3000-4000 nok.

At last, Finnair is dropping a crazy promotion of flights from Oslo to China (Chongqing) for just 2999 kroner! They also have some other great prices for destinations in Asia and Australia, such as: Australia for 7990 kroner, Seoul and Hong Kong for 3890 kroner. Their discounts targets mainly flights in this spring, but some destinations have discount prices for the second semester as well.

In general, all the mentioned offers target more less the same travel period: spring. And they have some common discount destinations: (Dubai, Tehran, Bangkok, Singapore, Delhi). The announced prices of Finnair are the cheapest followed by Qatar and Austrian Airlines. However, the difference is not so big between the price of the flights of the 3 companies.
